Credit Building & Affordable Housing
Owning a home is the ultimate financial goal for many. At Central Bank, we are committed to helping our customers achieve this goal. We understand some may need help establishing credit history or attaining financial stability in order to make buying a home a reality. That's why we've designed a suite of products that can help individuals at different stages of their journey to homeownership.
The Path to Homeownership
Buying a home is a big step for anyone, and we know it can sometimes be more difficult for those with limited income, no credit or a low credit score, and for those without access to a down payment. These same individuals are often first-time homebuyers, those working to establish or rebuild their credit, or those actively saving for a home.
Whether you are just establishing or reestablishing a banking relationship, are looking for ways to build credit, or you are ready to begin the homebuying process, we have products that may be able to help you get there.
