Here are some of the tools we offer to help you keep track of your funds and transactions.
Alerts
Alerts can be set using CentralNET or CentralMOBILE. These can help you track certain events, such as when your balance falls below a certain threshold or when transactions post to your account. You can also choose to receive notifications by SMS text message, email or both.

Cards
Cards is a tool within CentralNET and CentralMOBILE that gives you control over when, where and how your Central Bank debit card is used – even if it’s lost or stolen. You can view detailed debit card transaction information to ensure you know how your card is being used, set alerts for certain transaction amounts and types, and you can even enter travel plans to ensure your card will work while you're out of town.
If you are a Central Bank customer, you can enroll in CentralNET using an internet browser, or you can enroll directly from the app after you download CentralMOBILE.
Visa® Premium Alerts
Receive real-time1 text or email alerts when your Central Bank Visa credit card is used to make a purchase.2 You can also turn your card on or off if it’s lost or stolen.
